Terms of service
These terms cover the AdFace service at adface.ai: who may use it, what credits buy, and who is responsible for the ads you render.
Last updated September 15, 2026
1. The agreement
By creating an AdFace account or using the service you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any company you represent. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You need a verified email address to sign in. Keep your credentials safe: anything done with your session counts as done by you.
Every account gets a personal workspace. Seats on paid plans may be shared with teammates you invite, and workspace administrators can see and manage everything inside their workspace, including credits, products, scripts and renders.
3. Plans, credits and payment
One credit pays for 15 seconds of finished ad. A variation reserves credits when it is submitted and spends them when it completes; failed and cancelled variations return their reservation.
Plan credits are granted for each billing period and expire at the end of that period. Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than the current period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Credits already spent are not refundable, and we do not refund unused credits at the end of a period.
4. Your content
You keep every right you already have in the product pages, images, audio and text you bring to AdFace. You grant us the licence we need to store that material and run it through the generation pipeline for your workspace.
You confirm that you may use what you upload, including product photography, trademarks and any voice or likeness it contains.
5. Generated ads
Subject to these terms and to payment, the ads AdFace renders for you are yours to use, including in paid media. Generated output is not unique: similar prompts can produce similar results for other customers.
AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for checking every claim, price and legal mention in an ad before you publish it, and for following the rules of the platform you publish it on. We do not promise any advertising result.
6. Acceptable use
The acceptable use and AI disclosure policy is part of these terms. We screen scripts automatically, may refuse a generation, and may suspend a workspace that keeps breaking that policy.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service, scrape it, resell raw model access, or use it to build a competing generation product.
7. Availability and changes
AdFace is a hosted service that depends on third-party model providers. We work to keep it available but do not commit to an uptime figure on self-serve plans, and features may change as providers and platform rules change.
Beta features are labelled as such and may be withdrawn at any time.
8. Termination
You may stop using AdFace and delete your account at any time from your settings; deleting an account deletes its personal workspace and the content inside it.
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, for a serious or repeated policy breach, or where we must do so by law. Where the situation allows it, we give notice first and let you export your renders.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for lost profits, lost advertising spend or indirect damage.
Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law and contact
Insert the governing law and the competent courts for your operating entity here before publishing.
